Community Music Program Donor Advantages
With the introduction of Music To My Mind's new Community Music Program, we are looking for local businesses and individuals that want to help foster and contribute towards this opportunity. We have developed a donor program with the following benefits:

Founders Circle (full ensemble) - $10,000
- 1 Sponsor Table or 10 VIP seats at all concerts (at least 2 per year)
- Full page ad in 2 concert programs (valid where programs are available)
- Verbal recognition at concert
- Opportunity to have materials on table at entrance/exit of concert venue
- Opportunity to speak to choir/band/jazz band for 5 minutes during rehearsal each season
- Photo op with Conductor and ensemble at all concerts
- Name listed as a donor in all concert programs
- Name listed on www.musictomymind.com as well as recognition on all available social media sites for a period of one year
- Opportunity to become a Legacy Circle Member in subsequent years.

- 2 VIP seat at all concerts (at least 2 per year)
- Half page ad in one concert program of your choice
- Photo op with conductor at a concert of your choice
- Name listed as a donor in all concert programs

All logos for Concert Program ads should be emailed and submitted as print quality PDF or JPEG. Email logos to [email protected] .
For "Concert Sponsor", please designate which concert. For "Ensemble Sponsor", please designate which ensemble.
Donors will be contacted prior to concerts in regards to guest names for VIP seating.
Payments are due upon receipt of Donor Form. Please make checks out to: Music To My Mind. There will be a 2.5% service charge for Credit Card payments.
